Buying Process
Full due diligence by independent lawyers has been successfully completed on the plots. There is zero risk to your capital as full title deed is issued in buyers name on first payment. The plots are classified as "urban land", so you guaranteed to be issued the required building permits
The simple purchase is as follows
3,000 Euros reservation deposit
70% payable via the lawyers on signing of the purchase contract and title deed
30% payable within 12 months
You can start construction of a villa on the land at anytime after the contract has been signed and the title deed has been issued. A separate contract and payment terms will be signed for the construction of your villa.
